More about flavor than heat, this hot sauce has a novel blend of flavors that come together nicely. Blueberry leads the flavor profile with support from the ube and smokiness. Goes well with red meat and poultry.

I purchased some PawPaw Peach Habanero at the Bloomington Handmade Market for my husband, and he loves it! Buying more for him and others. Plus, excellent customer service!

Huge pepper guy, I grow my own habanero's (many different kinds) and this hits the mark for me.

Nose: Fruit and floral pepper flavors, with a bit of bitter heat

Taste: Sweet, fruity then a good bit of heat. If you're sensitive to heat this might be a bit too hot for you. If you like hot stuff, this is perfect. The paw paw flavor makes it very unique. You get that habanero floral flavor mixed with hints of banana, bubblegum, and spices.

This is really good on eggs, burrito's, chicken, and fish.

First tried it at Anderson Apple Orchard and I couldn’t get this flavor out of my head. Amazing addition to my homemade tacos! Even when I get Taco Bell I find my self enjoying my Jalapeno Lime Time.

I will be trying the other flavors!

It's hot at a comfortable level and can add so much to a meal. I even had my coworker try it and they were so floored that they needed it ASAP for their house. I love the story behind this company and want to support them in anyway I can. Thank you for helping the animals.
