2 to 3 Roma tomatoes
1 Package Fresh basil
6 Oz Buffalo Mozzarella
Pound chicken breast until an even thickness. Season with garlic, chives, shallots, onion powder, dill, lemon pepper, salt. Grill until internal temp reaches 165. Serve with Eleanor’s Everything Sauce.
Rough chop tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with basalmic glaze.
