This is a super easy and healthy way to start the day, lunch or anytime great snack. Avocado toast has certainly had a good run these past few years but there's a reason why. It's SO good! Using our sauces can really kick up the flavor.
Here we have toasted whole wheat bread, smashed avocado, feta cheese, parsley for garnish and topped with Eleanor's Everything Sauce. It adds a nice depth of flavor with the fire roasted tomatoes and peppers, and warmth from the spice.
Add other ingredients like everything bagel seasoning, red onion, fried egg, or make it a heartier meal with some smoked salmon!
