Stuffed jalapeños with a kicked up Pup & The Pepper lime time filling.
Servings: 8 (I used large jalapeños, if you use small you could probably get about 16 or a few more)
4 to 8 fresh jalapeños (cut in half and seeded)
12oz Applewood smoked bacon (chopped) Reserve a few pieces to top the finished Jalapeños.
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup chives (chopped)
2 green onions (minced)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
3 Tbsp Pup & The Pepper Jalapeno Lime Time Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400. Let the cream cheese soften for an hour or so at room temperature so it is easier to blend. Mix the cream cheese, chopped bacon, chives, green onion, smoked paprika, Jalapeño Lime Time sauce, salt, and pepper with a hand mixer. Stuff the jalapeños with the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy with a drizzle of more Jalapeno Lime Time sauce!
