Great flavor and great cause
I am one who cannot take much spice at all and I have found Lime Time to be the perfect balance for me. Recently, I was able to try the changes made to Lime Time and absolutely love it. The lime flavor is still there but it is so well balanced. This makes for a great standard hot sauce. You can taste the lime, but it is just a hint and by no means over powering the hot sauce. Perfect on top of my white chicken chili soup, street tacos and nachos! Highly recommend, especially for those who may have a sensitive mouth but still loves hot sauce, like I do!
