I found it smooth with a pleasant taste, touch is about little pinch of heat. Delightful!

More about flavor than heat, this hot sauce has a novel blend of flavors that come together nicely. Blueberry leads the flavor profile with support from the ube and smokiness. Goes well with red meat and poultry.
